How was your first trip to Germany / Europe ?

It was awsome. We had a great time. It was fun hanging out with fat mike and the other old men in the GIMMES... they treated us well and we're really fun to see live. The second part of the tour was a bit shitty but we had the best driver in the world, MR.ED THE DUCK and we drank alot of whiskey and played alot of FIFA 2004 in the van. great times.

Any thing you liked especially in Germany / except german beer ?

girls with dreads, bread, yoyo records, fat europe, berlin, jager and dirty squats with dogs and cats.

Are you planning to come to Europe next year ?

we would love to. it would be fantastic.

"Doing independent and underground music, it's not a step before being mainstream. It's a choice, a lifestyle", this is what Hugo said. Do you think that award is as a reward for constant touring and hard work over the last year ?

Hopefully. I think it was an obvious choice for everyone. I mean, i don,t want to brag about my band, but we are probably the best punk band and mostly the hardest working band ever out of Montreal and the whole province of Quebec. it would have been a shame if someone else would have won. I'm glald you made the right choice people. Keep it up. haah

The Sainte Catherines/Whiskey Sunday split 7" co-released with Yo Yo Records in Germany The Sainte Catherines are an amazing band and very hard to put in one category. On this one they do a hardcore/crust song, a Jawbreaker type emo song, and a cover of Westward Bound by Whiskey Sunday. Whiskey Sunday match it with a catchy folk punk song, and two rock screamo type songs. This is a great split by two great bands.
